What are your delivery options?
We offer a range of delivery options. If you need faster delivery than indicated below, or need delivery on a specific day, please contact us at email@example.com.
Standard delivery costs to mainland UK only:
Delivery within 2-3 working days for house plants, bedding plants, bulbs and seeds. Large pots can take up to 7 working days. No deliveries on a Bank Holiday or the day following a Bank Holiday.
What are your return policies ?
Please retain the original packaging and contact our customer care team by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or fill out the contact form here.
Returns must be within 28 days; however, you need to contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. All returns must be within the original packaging. Please include photos and a reason for the return alongside the item. Please include your order number on all correspondence, and in the reason for the return (after you have spoken to us).
Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving your returned item. We can not refund original postage/delivery costs or reimburse the cost of returning an item.
What is your cancellation and amendment process?
Changed your mind? – To amend or cancel an order that has not been dispatched, please contact us with your order number. If the order has already been dispatched, please follow the returns instructions within the returns policy.
Incorrect Goods – If you have received something you didn’t order, please contact our customer care team by emailing email@example.com or complete the contact form here.
Defective or damaged in transit – Please contact our customer care team by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will provide instructions on how to return the damaged item. Please keep the original packaging, and remember to photograph the damage upon receipt of your order.
Plants – If you receive a plant that you believe is in a bad condition, please us immediately but no later than 14 days after receipt of your plant. Please email our customer care team, including clear photos of the plant and our ‘Plant Professor’ will assess the plant condition. Keep in mind that plants don’t look the same throughout the year.
